in tile business its called in grouting but in brick business its called brick poiting, some people and some agencies use artifical grouts to to fill up the joints for ease however best traditional brick work are done with correct proportion of cement and sand in this type of sand also have imp role to play to derive a particualr texture, however jointless withoit grouting also is done at many places but most of the brick are not absoutley right stright so even when there is no space is kept between the bricks there will be few mm space anyways as the bricks are naturaly not righ anagle... lot of modern strrcuers do brick cladding without joint i will share with you images on whats app to see and understand. In Europe basic life of building is 100 years and can be extended upto multiple years if it taken care which is not the case in india Europe still builds with bricks and roofing tiles... they use bricks with top quality and thier contruction and standards are not comparable to our Indian standards In india general mindset is just strength and porosity (water absorbtion) but brick in developed namtions are tested with more complex techniques to see weathering effects it will face like frost test etc Facing bricks has to see lot of harsh weather and heat cold for ages... in winter Paris’ is minus and today it is 45 degree so difference of 50 degrees and this delta on exterior products is harsh and if the quality of bricks is not good it will start degrading. In india delhi is 45 degree in summer and at winters is 2 to 3 degree at times so this difference in temperature require bricks to be really good quality or else it will show weathering and stress on brick body.

Structure bricks in india have very poor standards - people use any scrap to build houses and buildings in European context structural bricks are with strength of 300 + kg cm2 and India has a standard which is very poor around 75kg cm2. If u say yes from first minute for urgent delivery than customer will understand it’s possible demand urgent delivery even if he does not have urgency that is a tendency in India, our first response should be it’s unlikely and we don’t have scope of urgent orders as factory has too many pending orders, once customer is adamant and seems it real urgency than only we should work for him and discuss with factory, always customer has to be showen customer we are very busy company and it’s not very usual to expect urgent delivery.
